The hotel was low budget, but I stayed for 6 nights only. Quite comfortable location, great beds and outstanding staff. Very tidy and such huge room, suitable for everyone. Wonderful area near the venue.
-
It met every demand and we would like to stay longer. In addition, we paid 5 USD per hour for internet.
-
Patio was included.

Quick room service. We were 1 km from our favourite spot moorten botanical gardens. Palm Springs airport was hardly 18 minutes away by car👌😀😀

I liked the location, pool area and all of the amenitites that came with the room. Very convienent. Great to be able to cook in your own room.
Ice machine only on 2nd floor. Refridgerator in the room didn't get that cold, ice trays wouldn't freeze. Pretty important for such a hot area and time of the year.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning did notwork so we checked out early and still got charged for the full stay.

I did stayed two bedroom! Big enough for 6 peoples.
Checking out time is too early!

The staff was great!!! They were very helpful and friendly. We traveled with an 11 month old baby and they made it very easy for us. The hotel was very helpful and quick with anything we needed for the baby. Also the pool was great! I was worried that it will not be suitable for a baby but it was great fun for all ages including mom and dad!!!
The pack and play (which our son slept in) for the baby was not cleaned from the previous guest/baby and same with the feeding chair (I was able to wipe it down with wet cloth). We also had some ants on the kitchen counter which ended up going into the baby’s formula and other food!!! We were able to replace the food at the hotels expense but had to go out and get it our self, which took away from our plans. Overall we loved the hotel and we would go back again…

Pool was awesome, and we loved our balcony.

Pool area is great and friendly staff
Our first floor room was directly over the entrance to the underground parking. With the out-dated blinds (that kept falling off) and no curtains; made for some interesting sleeping. In addition, the nice family of 7 next door were loud and whatever they cooked for their evening meals (in their kitchenette) stunk up our room.

Great and fully equipped, cono-type villas. Amazing pool, waterslides, outdoor bar, and plenty of room. Wonderful spa on site, highly recommend Arlene's massage- incredible!
It is a little outdated, not a lot of parking so had to park on street.

Scott the Resort Manager gave outstanding service! Food at splash bar & grill was tasty!

Kid friendly atmosphere, pool was great and the food was great and priced very well. The rooms layout was nicely done, we had a 1 bedroom and we were able to have plenty of room with 2 kids on the hide-a-bed to feel like we were not cramped at all. The full kitchen was roomy and clean with two bar stools and a dining room with a table and 4 chairs made eating in the room very easy. The furniture was clean and looked relatively new and the carpet was new. The resort was quiet at night and the pool opened really early at 8am and you can order breakfast by the pool.
The rooms while recently updated with furniture and carpet were really worn out. The lighting in the bathroom was yellowed and cracked, the tiles, toilet, tub and sink were very old. The bed was adequate but not solid like a good hotel mattress should be. The sliding glass doors took both arms and hands to get open and shut. The patio furniture was rusted and the blinds were worn and kept falling apart. Some immediate updates to include hotel curtains would be a nice update. The blinds they have did not keep the sun from shining in the rooms in the early morning.

Had a great stay.
We specifically chose a 2br villa with a double bed in each but were allocaged a room with twin beds. After much protesting, and after being toldthat room was not available, they were able to "find" one and everything was OK.

The awesome pool area with the great water slide and jacuzzi cave. Plus the organized games/events for the kids in the gym were a nice alternative to the pool.
The pool area was packed. It was almost impossible to get a seat after 8am in the morning.
